Agentic Trust Diagnostic

2 days

You think your AI agents are a risk. In two days, you'll know where.

Who this is for
  • You think your AI agents are a risk, and you can't yet say where.
  • Leadership is asking about AI agents, and you need an answer in days.
  • You took the free assessment, and you want a person to go deeper with your team.
And who it isn't
  • You need it in writing for an auditor or a regulator. That's the 7-day Agentic Trust Review.
  • You need a check against all 25 requirements and a plan with an owner on every step. That's the 30-day Agentic Trust Blueprint.
What we do

A plain timeline.

  1. Step 01

    The questionnaire

Before we arrive, you fill out a short questionnaire about your agents and the part of the business we'll look at.

  2. Step 02

    The working sessions

Two days on site with your leaders. We go through the agents in scope, one question at a time. We tie each top risk to one of the five questions.

  3. Step 03

    The readout

At the end of day two, we walk your executives through what we found and what to fix first.

  4. Step 04

    The written work

Within five business days, you get the heatmap and the roadmap.

What you walk away with
  • A one-page heatmap. It's a color chart that shows where your risk is highest across the five questions.
  • A 30/60/90-day roadmap. The riskiest fixes come first, so your team knows where to start on Monday.
What your team learns

How to size up an AI agent with the five questions, so your team can check the next one on its own.

Duration

Your team
Your security and AI leaders, for both days.
Proof

One we've done before.

140 offices. One plan.

A critical infrastructure utility ran 140 offices and needed a Zero Trust plan for both IT and OT (the systems that keep the power flowing). Zero Trust means never trust, always verify. We built a strategy and a maturity assessment for each side, measured against the CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model. Leadership could see where they stood on both and what to do next.

Questions we get

Real objections, answered straight.

  • How is this different from the Advanced ATF Assessment?
The Advanced ATF Assessment is self-serve. Your team fills out a questionnaire. You get a report and a one-hour remote call with Josh Woodruff. The Diagnostic is two days on site with your leaders. If you bought the Advanced ATF Assessment, the full $5,000 counts toward the Diagnostic when you sign within 30 days of getting your report.
  • What are the five questions?
They're the five things every AI agent has to answer. Who are you? What are you doing? What are you eating and serving? Where can you go? What if you go rogue? The Agentic Trust Framework calls them Identity Management, Behavioral Monitoring, Data Governance, Segmentation, and Incident Response.
  • What does it cost?
We quote it after we scope it with you. It's one set price for the two days and what comes out of them. We don't bill by the hour.

Want to know if this is the right size?

One 20-minute call. We'll tell you straight. If a different engagement fits better, or if we're not the right people at all, we'll say so.
